It's a special bus route Metrobus from one side of city to another, that's why it has many passengers inside.

This route as BRT in Tehran. It follows through the city in a dedicated lane

Не на всем участке маршрута, на заднем плане виднеется пункт оплаты проезда, участок единый для всех, после него автобус снова уходит на обособленный участок.

Похоже, это мост через пролив. А на мосту нет выделенки.

Да, это мост через Босфор. Домики на заднем плане в Европе, автобус уже в Азии. На самом мосту выделенки нет.

Metrobus in Istanbul has several routes with different terminal stations, yellow articulated buses work together with silver. For more: http://metrobus.iett.istanbul/en

There is only one corridor of BRT in Istanbul but it is divided into several shorter routes to better cope with immense passenger amount. You can ride from one end to another without transfers only during night.
These "regular" buses are used in Metrobus because all double-articulated Phileas vehicles were put out of service due to technical issues. And also, Metrobus already reached it's capacity limits. With no other alternatives (railway on European side is still closed) people are forcing themselves into overcrowded buses.
