Could this one be some kind of "Liepājas Tūre" or others? It was standing on Kuršu laukums yesterday and later saw it on the street, though could not check the route number.

Don't really know. It was seen on Ventspils streets since autumn 2011.
Used as construction worker shuttle in the mornings and evenings, that's why i first put it in Ventspils.
Last month, during Journey from liepāja through pavilosta, saw it turning from Vergale, with route plate under windscreen. Who is operator - dunno
