Вероятно, для "Динамо-СПБ". Я припоминаю, что их что-то подобное возило. И гос у него был из серии О-АО 78 вроде
В 2003 году к 300-летию СПБ им была поставлена задача выйти в Премьер-Лигу, но не срослось
