I would guess this one comes from Nettbuss in Norway. Since 2002 they have had many 9700S B12M like this one in their purple colour under the brand "TIMEkspressen" (the hourly express). But there have been too many to suggest a candidate. (At least as long as the licence plates are still registered to an older bus.)
