VIN is correct for this registration number. I will try to look at the red sticker. This might be an error assigning VIN number to plate number in Germany.

Now I remember! rvr told me it had number 0066 inside but I thought it was his mistake, since it could have been removed and hardly visible. It is clearly 0066, and there is an error in German data. Someone added VINs only according to fleet numbers and didn't think about possibility of a mixed order.
