Great catch! Why is it here, in S. Dariaus ir S. Girėno aerodromas? And how did they changed the EMU, were the controls kept in this bus?

Don't know, it stood there for a few days during Pope's visit. Yes, it was possible to change EMU's, but only rear and side ones were visible.
