Unfortunately, this is not possible. This bus was donated as state humanitarian aid. They cannot be alienated. They cannot be used for profit, including by being sold.

The law only stipulates disposal. There's also a right of return to the person who provided them, but I doubt the Tallinn municipality expected to get them back.

It's no secret that the transfer of humanitarian aid to European countries is an excellent way to free themselves from the costly disposal of such equipment. That's why a significant influx of this aid has flowed to Ukraine. EU countries have no intention of taking this back. Meanwhile, our legislation also prohibits the registration of such Euro-3 equipment during peacetime. Anything imported as humanitarian aid must be returned to the sender at the end of the war if it cannot be fully registered. Temporary registration will not be extended, meaning it will have to be disposed of. This time, however, at Ukraine's expense. The alienation of such property, let alone its sale, is also prohibited.
