Johny, not sure what is really happened. In parks papers there is just "Norakstīts".

Alright... CSDD says the number has changed to XA**** and VIN matches, there it says eksports. Wasnt it with Eurolines label on it?

No, Eurolines sign was on the frot window of the fleet 45.
DV-347 was second bus, which together with orange Ikarus 250, Fleet 112, reg AR-7813 got "new" oval parks stickers (seen here on the side), while other buses were driving with Liepājas Autobusu parks text, understriped red.
