During the summer season, shuttle buses from the Jean-Drapeau metro station connect Montreal's Île Notre-Dame
with local swimming pool, the Casino de Montréal, and other recreational facilities.
The buses run along the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, which is also used for the annual Formula 1 race.
Outside of motor racing events, the track is divided into two sections: one for cars
(as a one-way street with a maximum speed of 30 km/h) and one for pedestrians and cyclists.
Several bus stops with easily removable waiting platforms are located around the circuit.
