Тут пишут про ДТП, правда указывают несуществующую улицу. Фактически это Гашкова, как я понимаю. Судя по видео отсюда (https://vk.com/wall-191735952_16058), он спускался с горы, видимо из-за гололёда его занесло и первый удар был в забор передком, потом его ещё крутонуло и ниже по спуску был удар в забор уже задней частью
