hmm...it really look like a ex Helmark 420SEL cargo bus from Sweden from the beginning.
New Neoplan-front and new engine, and also the two last windows is put there after rebuilding it seems...

№ шасси совпадает с http://fotobus.msk.ru/vehicle/213418/#n225724 У того вон и надпись MAN на передке. Вообще что-то общее есть, не приделали ли хвост? Вот В 209 ТР 05 с левого бока, сходство определенное есть: http://content.foto.mail.ru/mail/diman_rf061/8/s-1193.jpg
