Ну судя по внешнему виду он и построен на агрегатах Неоплана. На торпеде снаружи написано Arewa Junior 512

"Arewa was a company in Altenburg (Germany) that tried to enter german busmarket in the beginning of the nienties. It got help by G. Auwärter (that´s why "Neoplan" is written at the bus", but only few busses were sold to some companies in eastern germany. Most of these busses didn´t see year 1995 in Germany, only PVM Wurzen drove two busses until 1999. Notice the bus has a front engine. A shorter version of this bus was named Arewa Junior 508"
